Welcome! Are you looking for new ways to maintain your wellbeing in a growing world of health and fitness? If so, YOU came to the right place!
 

In my experience, giving birth to two wonderful boys has brought me so much joy in life, but also many new challenging ways of how to stay fit and healthy. Discovering my passion and love for living a healthy lifestyle has helped me to overcome the daily obstacles I've encountered for myself and as a family. Discovering different ways to stay motivated in the kitchen and in fitness has helped me to manage a well-balanced healthy lifestyle and is what I continue to strive for each day. 

 

I've created this site to share my knowledge for anyone seeking to learn new methods on how to maintain overall health, fitness and wellness. My goal is to educate, empower and motivate individuals with their health journey. Everyone deserves to reach their best version of themselves, internally and externally!  

My Experience

NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor

  • Carrying many years of  experience working with all levels of fitness training. This includes a variety of training programs in Stabilization, Strength, Power, Postpartum and in Nutritional guidance

Current Student pursuing a Master's degree in Nutrition Dietetics.

  • Taking the steps to pursue a career as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN). I understand the importance of educating you with the latest scientifically tested evidence and most effective ways to nourish your body with proper nutritional care, including ways to prevent chronic diseases and sustain a long-healthy life!

Health Lifestyles Coach

  • Work with individuals and families striving to improve using nutrition, cooking classes, physical activities and recovery to reach overall health and wellness goals for themselves or as a household team.

Hobbies

  • I enjoy finding fun and challenging ways for staying active. Some involve yoga, running, races such as 5K's, 10K's, Half-Marathons,  and even competing as a NPC Bodybuilding Competitor in Bikini division. Most importantly, I LOVE self-care days because it allows me to take the time to reflect on my tiny and huge victories.

Creating flexible customized training programs that have been beneficial for myself and others. My commitment is to create different techniques, and fun ways to help you to stay healthy, active and fit. 

 

As we work together, your safety is my first priority in all programs. Fitness and nutrition assessments are key factors to achieving your wellness goals and help to improve your quality of life.
