In my experience, giving birth to two handsome boys, brought me many new challenges on how to stay fit and active. Finding my passion and love for living a healthy lifestyle helped me overcome and discover different ways to stay motivated and have a balanced life. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor that carries many years of experience working with all levels of fitness training in Stabilization, Strength and Power also including Postpartum & Nutrition. I have created flexible customized training programs that have been beneficial for myself and most women.
